COSTA COFFEE UX DISCOVERY
USER EXPERIENCE PROTOTYPE
Our aim was to help Costa Coffee create a guided sell that moves customers though a series of costa framed questions to a successful sale, in a friendly straight forward way. Our example journey was created around a first use mobile web scenario, in which a Costa customer arrives at the shop knowing little about the product and then is encouraged to answer questions to source their preferred coffee pods, and sign up to auto renewals.
Our 'next card' model, uses a touch enabled carousel to select the option and a 'scroll for more' to reveal supporting information. We operate a multi-depth model with appropriate CTA and routes from each point, in the dynamic structure. The core journey can be made intelligent through session data, so that repeat customers have a streamlined and optimised journey.
